Printed materials for primary packaging

When it comes to primary packaging for the pharmaceutical industry, printed aluminium does not merely have a barrier function, it also ensures protection and safety. It is an essential component that maintains the integrity of the medicine and ensures that it reaches the patient in perfect conditions.

We produce our printed aluminium in a cleanroom environment using high-resolution flexographic printing, a technology that makes it possible to apply complex graphics directly onto the foil substrate. This technique is supported by UV and LED UV drying systems that ensure instantaneous ink curing, superior adhesion and abrasion resistance, as well as bright and long-lasting colours.

Production is managed with continuous quality control, by monitoring every step and conducting a comprehensive inspection of every metre of printed aluminium with advanced systems. This ensures technical and regulatory compliance, while reducing waste and increasing the reliability of the final product.

Standard solutions

We offer a comprehensive range of neutral or printed primary packaging, designed to ensure maximum drug integrity. Our Standard line (20-25 microns) stands out for its excellent machinability in classic push-through applications, ensuring a perfect seal on PVC and PVDC. Committed to sustainability, we offer PVC-free innovations, including specific lacquers for heat-sealing on Polypropylene (PP) and advanced solutions for strip foil.

Special solutions

For more complex requirements, we offer high-resistance special solutions, including increased thicknesses up to 30 microns (also available in embossed versions) and multilayer laminated materials (Alu/Paper, Alu/PET, Alu/PET/PE/Paper, etc.). These solutions are ideal for Child Resistant and Senior Friendly packaging (Peel-Push and Peelable).

Our range also includes laminates for suppositories, grid-lacquered paper for syringe packaging, and forming materials such as the Cold Form total barrier solution, alongside a wide selection of films (Mono, Duplex, Triplex, etc.). The offering is completed by Tyvek® materials, available both plain and printed.
