Flow-packing encases the product in a flexible, heat-sealed film. A typical application is the assembly of a Patient Alert Card with the leaflet, or of two leaflets together. This solution ensures that these items remain collated, protected, and easily accessible to the patient or healthcare professional.

The heat-sealable paper band is a more sustainable, paper-based solution used to efficiently bundle multiple components. It provides an eco-friendly and visually clean alternative when a full airtight barrier for each item is not required, while still keeping the products securely together.

Folding cartons with integrated leaflets are highly efficient packaging solutions that combine the folding carton with a leaflet to obtain one cohesive unit. This integration eliminates the need to insert the leaflet separately, which optimises packaging processes and reduces the risk of errors or omissions. As the leaflet is neatly folded and attached to the inside of the box, it remains accessible to the patient but is protected from damage or loss. This solution is particularly advantageous for products in which space is limited or for packaging lines that benefit from increased automation.
